Declaration of accessibility
Introduction
The brands superfit, legero & Think! endeavour to make their website accessible in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on accessibility. This accessibility statement applies to the websites:
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA) due to the following incompatibilities or exceptions.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not fully accessible for the following reasons:
- Contrast ratios: Due to design requirements of our corporate identity (CI), some colour combinations on the website deviate from the recommended minimum contrast ratios according to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are aware of these limitations and are working to find a compromise between brand consistency and accessibility.
- Some images do not have sufficient alternative text.
- Keyboard navigation has not yet been fully implemented in certain areas.
- The keyboard focus indicator is not visible on all elements.
- PDF documents are not completely barrier-free.
- Semantic HTML structures or ARIA roles to support screen readers are missing in some cases.
Due to the complexity of the system, accessibility is being improved step by step. The complete implementation is part of an ongoing project.We are constantly working to rectify these shortcomings and improve user-friendliness for all people.
Disproportionate burden
In our view, the following content falls under the reservation of disproportionate burden in accordance with the statutory provisions:
- Videos: Our embedded videos are hosted on the YouTube platform. Audio descriptions are currently not available for some of these videos. Due to the scope and subsequent processing of this content, implementation is currently associated with disproportionate effort.
- Older PDF documents: Some of the PDF documents provided on the website, especially older publications, are not fully accessible. For example, these documents are not tagged and can therefore not be recognised by screen readers, or only to a limited extent. We endeavour to make new documents accessible in accordance with WCAG 2.1 and PDF/UA standards.

This declaration was prepared on 06/27/2025. The website was assessed using a combination of self-assessment and support from automated testing tools (e.g. WAVE, Lighthouse).
