All legero Picea +VIOS models are equipped with natural rubber soles. The honey-coloured material is not only beautiful, but also particularly sustainable due to the absence of environmentally harmful ingredients in the manufacturing process. The vegetable-tanned Nappa and suede leathers fit every foot perfectly and thus ensure even more well-being. In order to live up to our philosophy of sustainability at all levels, we do everything possible to make +VIOS shoes wearable for as long as possible. For example, the biodegradable laces can be replaced. Likewise, all insoles with cover soles made of vegetable-tanned leather can be removed from the shoes and replaced with new insoles. This extends the life of the shoe. Small parts such as eyelets can also be replaced or, if not too badly damaged, repaired.

Care tips
Suede
Suede and buffed leather such as Nubuck are best cleaned with special brushes and cleaning erasers. Before cleaning, always brush off the leather with a shoe brush. For tough dirt, leather shampoo or leather foam can be used. If the suede is dry, it should be roughened again with a suede brush as this loosens the structure of the fibres. Additional waterproofing gives the shoes long-lasting protection from moisture. Please note the instructions for use on the corresponding care product.
With shoes that are equipped with GORE-TEX , it is important not use care poducts, which could inhibit the functionality of these features.. To prevent this, the use of products containing high amounts of fat or oil is advised against, as these can impede the breathability of the outer material.
